Aureus Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager to actively support the overall success of the Aureus centre under their purview. Working with the Divisional Head of Growth, you will execute sales strategies and systems to drive business and revenue growth, elevate customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement across the centres.

The role involves driving scalable sales initiatives, overseeing daily operations, delivering training, mentoring staff, and coordinating events and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 4+ years in related field and 2+ years in management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
