Job summary

Intellipro Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites entrepreneurial Centre Manager candidates to take full ownership of Malaysia centres, driving revenue growth, enrolment, and customer experience across multiple locations such as Klang Valley, Ipoh, Johor, Penang and more.

This hands-on role requires leading a high-performing team and delivering measurable results. Training will be provided in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate combines sales, operations and people management with a strong commercial mindset

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in branch, centre, outlet, business unit or customer-facing operations management.
• Strong background in sales, business development, operations and people management.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, revenue targets, customer acquisition and retention.
• Strong commercial mindset with basic understanding of P&L, cost management and business performance.
• Confident leader with strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Candidates from education, retail, F&B, hospitality, healthcare/wellness, fitness, childcare or other customer-facing service businesses are welcome.
• Education-sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of centre performance, including revenue growth, student enrolment, sales conversion and customer retention.
• Lead and coach the centre team, including setting KPIs, improving productivity, managing performance and developing staff.
• Oversee the customer journey from lead generation, enquiries and consultations to enrolment, renewal and retention.
• Build strong relationships with customers/parents, handle complaints and drive a positive customer experience.
• Identify local business opportunities through community engagement, partnerships, events and lead-generation activities.
• Monitor business performance, costs and basic P&L, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure operational efficiency, service quality and compliance with company standards.
