Job summary

OCBC Bank Malaysia invites applications for the Transaction Banking Cash Product Management – Sales role. You will develop deep insights into clients’ cash management needs, collaborate with the product team to design solutions, and promote these offerings to corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in transaction banking or cash management, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a track record of delivering innovative, client-focused cash

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cash management products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ cash management needs and preferences
• Collaborate with our product management team to design and launch new cash management products and services
• Work closely with our sales team to promote our cash management solutions to our clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our cash management solutions to our clients
• Provide input to our product management team on market trends and competitor activity
