Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development and management.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and executing digital channel initiatives.
• Strong understanding of transaction banking, cash management and regulatory environments including BNM and Shariah.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital channels product, including strategic and industry projects to support Wholesale and SME growth.
• Gather user requirements from business users and stakeholders; design end-to-end UI/UX journeys and workflows.
• Manage end-to-end product development on digital platforms with upstream/downstream systems; lead UAT and rollout deployments.
• Operate in an Agile framework; own the product roadmap and prioritize user stories based on stakeholder input.
• Lead pre-launch activities: product approvals, processes, training, and documentation; ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure benefits realization and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with Ops & Tech and client servicing to resolve service delivery issues within SLAs.
