Job summary

OCBC Malaysia, Wisma Lee Rubber, on-site, is seeking a Transaction Banking Cash Product Management - Digital Channels Product Owner to shape digital cash management solutions for wholesale and SME clients.

You will own the product roadmap, gather requirements with local business users, define end-to-end user journeys, manage UAT, and collaborate with regional teams in an Agile environment to deliver competitive digital channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product development and management, preferably in transaction banking/fintech.
• Strong understanding of cash management products and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume Product Owner role to deliver digital channels capabilities supporting Wholesale and SME growth.
• Gather and refine user requirements, design end-to-end UI/UX journeys and workflows.
• Own the product roadmap and manage UAT, deployments, and cross-team coordination in an Agile setup.
• Lead pre-launch activities, obtain approvals, and maintain documentation in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and KPIs to ensure product initiatives meet business objectives.
