Job summary

OCBC Malaysia seeks a Business Development Manager for the Premier Cash Team focused on China business. You will drive new client acquisition, build long-term relationships and expand revenue through strategic partnerships and cross-selling across cash management and related banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, relationship management or banking/financial services.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Highly driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and build customer relationships.
