Radii Global Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking customer-focused individuals to join our team and provide reliable support across a range of customer enquiries and service needs. This full-time role is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, with rotational shifts.

Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required, and shift allowances or other benefits may be available. Whether you’re an experienced agent or a fresh graduate, you’ll develop communication, problem-solving, and service coordination skills

Qualificações

• SPM, Diploma or Degree qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, healthcare, or hospital environments is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with academic backgrounds in Medical Science, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Nursing, Healthcare, or related disciplines are welcome.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and handling routine data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work collaboratively.
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and information.
• Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses.
• Manage service requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Work closely with internal teams and relevant external parties to resolve enquiries.
• Track pending requests and follow up to ensure timely outcomes.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the relevant systems.
• Refer complex cases to the appropriate teams for further assistance.
