Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and enquiries related to admission procedures and requirements.

Assist customers with admission-related enquiries and provide appropriate guidance.

Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare providers, and relevant parties to facilitate admission arrangements.

Verify relevant information and documentation according to established procedures.

Provide updates and follow up on pending enquiries or cases.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates in the system.

Escalate complicated enquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.

Ensure professional communication and quality customer service at all times.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.

Candidates with call center, customer service, medical, or hospital experience are encouraged to apply.
