Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee Angsana Mall in Johor Bahru is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily cafe operations, staff schedules, and quality service. The role requires keeping costs in check, coordinating stock takes and ordering, and handling cash with accuracy.

You will supervise and train the team to meet service standards, support in planning, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures. Training provided and uniform supplied, with benefits including EPF, EIS, SOSCO and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees' schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
