Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee in Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily cafe operations, supervise and train staff, and create efficient staff schedules. You will participate in strategic planning including cost control, stock takes and ordering.

Candidate should have SPM/O-Level and at least 1 year of Team Lead experience, which is a plus. Join a friendly environment with opportunity for growth in a leading F&B brand.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to standards of service and professionalism.
• Assist in execution of strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and inventory management.
