Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee Damansara Damai is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations, create staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage, train team members to uphold service standards, and assist in cost-control initiatives. You will manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and stock control, while fostering a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• SPM / O-Level qualification required.
• Experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader is advantageous.
• Able to create and manage staff schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and train staff to meet service standards.
• Assist in controlling outlet food costs, stock takes and ordering.
• Oversee daily cafe operations including opening/closing, cash handling and inventory.
