Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee & Toasties in Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily cafe operations, create employee schedules, and oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure efficient service. You will supervise and train staff to uphold high standards of service and professionalism while assisting in strategic planning, food cost control, stock take, and stock ordering.

In this role you will handle cash, monitor inventory, and support operations across our nationwide network of outlets.

Qualifications

• SPM / O-Level is required.
• 1 year experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
