Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee is seeking a Supervisor for the Pusat Bandar Senawang outlet. You will create staff schedules, supervise and train the team, and assist in planning outlet food costs, stock takes, and stock ordering. You will oversee daily cafe operations, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has at least SPM/O-Level and, ideally, 1 year of Team Lead or Crew Leader experience. Training and uniform provided, with standard employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least SPM/O-Level.
• At least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader is advantageous.
• Strong scheduling and inventory management skills.
• Ability to supervise and train staff to established standards.
