Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee Lakefields is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily cafe operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will create staff schedules, supervise and train team members, and support strategic planning including food cost control and inventory management.

Ideal candidates bring prior experience as a Team Lead or Crew Leader, with a focus on service excellence, accuracy in cash handling, and a proactive approach to stock ordering and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
