Job summary

Baskbear Coffee in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.

You will create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations and supervise and train staff to uphold service standards.

Assist in strategic planning such as outlet food costs control, stock take, and stock ordering, with inventory management under your responsibility.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader is an advantage.
