Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee Wangsa Walk Mall in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supervisor to help manage daily cafe operations. You will create employees' schedules to ensure efficient operations and supervise and train staff to uphold service standards.

You will assist in cost control, stock take and ordering, and oversee opening/closing, cash handling and inventory. This role offers training and uniform, with EPF, EIS, SOSCO and medical benefits, plus a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader.

Responsibilities

• Create employees' schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
