Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to service standards
• Assist in strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
