Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee in Sungai Buloh is seeking a Supervisor to coordinate daily cafe operations and ensure service standards. You will create staff schedules, supervise and train team members, and support cost control and inventory tasks to keep outlets running smoothly.

The role requires leadership in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a team lead is advantageous; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
