WK Consortium SB is hiring a C&S Site Supervisor in Sabah to lead daily site operations for high-rise and major civil projects. The role requires ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field, 3–5 years of hands-on site supervision experience, and the ability to read CS drawings. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency are preferred.

We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined C&S Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team, oversee daily site operations, and ensure our projects are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Site Execution & Supervision: Supervise daily Civil & Structural (C&S) site works—including earthworks, piling, substructure, and superstructure construction—ensuring compliance with approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
Subcontractor & Workforce Coordination: Coordinate daily activities of site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to the master construction schedule.
Quality Control & Assurance (QA/QC): Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks for structural concrete works, formwork, reinforcement steel installation, and brickwork. Report and rectify any non-compliance issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance (HSE): Enforce strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety protocols on site. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workers wear proper PPE at all times.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily site progress, record material deliveries, and assist the Project Manager / Resident Engineer in preparing daily/weekly site progress reports.
Problem Solving: Identify on-site technical bottlenecks or discrepancies between drawings and site conditions, and liaise with consultants or engineers to resolve them swiftly.
Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on working experience in site supervision, specifically handling high-rise buildings, residential developments, or major civil infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret C&S engineering drawings, blueprints, and bar bending schedules.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian construction standards, CIDB guidelines, and local safety regulations (DOSH/OSHA).
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision under tight project deadlines.
Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage).
