Job summary

AFFIN BANK in Malaysia invites experienced wealth sales professionals to join our Business Wealth Sales team in Miri. You will drive deposits, grow fee-based income, and deepen customer relationships through proactive pitching of Bancassurance, Takaful, and cash management solutions.

The role requires at least a Diploma or Degree, 2+ years as a relationship manager, strong communication, and the ability to travel domestically. Multilingual skills are a plus; relevant licenses may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Over 2 years of experience as a relationship manager.
• Proven performance track record and targets met.
• Outgoing, aggressive, and performance-driven personality.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Multilingual abilities preferred.
• Mandated insurance licenses: PCEIA Life & General; Family & General Takaful; CEILI; IPPC & FIMM when required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve deposit growth and fee-based income targets.
• Cross-sell wealth solutions including Bancassurance/Takaful and cash management.
• Generate leads from various business sectors.
• Maintain high compliance with bank service standards.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns.
• Provide timely sales performance reports.
