Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder with 2+ years’ experience as a relationship manager.
• Proven track record of top performance.
• Outgoing personality and ability to meet new clients and existing bank clients.
• Aggressive and performance-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently and travel domestically.
• Multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: leading overall sales activities to acquire new customers and retain high-value clients, achieving deposit growth and fee-based income targets.
• Aggressively cross-sell wealth solutions, cash management, and other banking products; generate quality leads and ensure compliant processes.
• Conduct regular client visits with top customers, contribute to retention strategies, participate in product development, and address customer feedback to ensure service recovery.
