Job summary

Affin Bank Berhad is seeking a proactive Wealth Sales professional to achieve KPIs and grow wealth, deposits, and fee income. You will acquire new customers, deepen relationships, and cross-sell bancassurance, takaful, and cash management solutions across the business banking segment.

You will work with team leads to drive marketing activities, ensure service standards, and manage client visits to sustain top-tier relationships while staying compliant with bank and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree holder required.
• 2+ years of experience as a relationship manager or in a similar banking role.
• Outgoing personality and ability to meet new clients and bank customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and converse in multiple languages/dialects.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and retain existing high-value non-borrowing & borrowing business clients.
• Cross-sell wealth solutions (Bancassurance/Takaful) and cash management services.
• Maintain regular visits with top customers to strengthen banker-customer relationships and lead value-driven engagements.
