You will cross-sell wealth solutions, manage high-value customers, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver banking solutions with a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a degree in a related field (Accounting/Finance/ Banking/ Business/ Economics).
• Strong language skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.
• Knowledge of credit processing and banking products improves effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs and wealth targets through proactive sales activities and cross-selling of wealth solutions.
• Grow deposits and fee-based income while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-sell Bancassurance/Takaful, cash management and other banking solutions to enterprise customers.
• Drive lead generation, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely sales reporting.
