Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required; minimum 2+ years in relationship management.
• Proven track record in wealth products and cross-selling.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Multilingual communication preferred for diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Achieve deposit growth and fee-based income targets.
• Cross-sell wealth solutions including Bancassurance and cash management.
• Generate leads by engaging potential business sectors.
• Coordinate with team leads and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct regular visits to top customers.
• Prepare and submit sales performance reports.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines and internal controls.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Accept additional responsibilities from supervisors.
