Private Advertiser is seeking a store operations associate to manage daily sales, customer service, and logistics. You will be responsible for CIS-based outlet management, executing sales strategies, and maintaining SOP compliance to ensure a smooth, profitable operation.

The role requires a pleasant personality, health, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting. Immediate availability is a plus and health/maternity/parental leave benefits are offered where

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day outlet operations under CIS system
• Achieve sales targets with approved strategies
• Ensure SOP adherence (10 good management criteria)
• Manage product ordering, reception, display, pricing, and returns
• Daily bank in of sales and payment reports
• Handle opening/closing, cash handling, card payments, cashiering, and clean outlet
• Provide excellent customer service, sales support, and accurate inventory reporting
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending HQ workshops
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Approach new customers and provide product information

Descripción del empleo

You'll be responsible for the outlet's daily business operations which include sales, customer service, image and logistics.

Key responsibilities

Take full responsibility in day to day operations and management (CIS system) of the outlet according to the Company's standards

Achieve and meet sales targets set by the Company by actively executing the approved sales and marketing strategies

Ensure the outlet is operating according to the SOP set by the Company (10 good management criteria)

Product management which including ordering, receiving, display, price changes, handling demanded products and return

Ensure daily bank in of sales report payment

Carry out routines operations in accordance to SOP including opening & closing, handling sales money and card payment, cashiering, and maintaining a safe and clean outlet environment

Provide excellent customer service, sales assistance and perform cashier duties, as well as ensure accurate sales reporting including inventory control

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop at HQ

Attend customers' inquiries and provide customer service in meeting their expectations, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Approach new customers and provide products information
