5G-Starlink Pte. Ltd. is seeking an industrious retail operations professional to oversee daily outlet visits, manage store operations and lead sales staff in Perak. The role emphasizes frontline leadership, execution of promotions, and accurate stock control.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in PR, business, marketing or retail management with 1–3 years in sales IT being a plus. Travel readiness is required, and performance incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in PR/Business/Marketing/ Retail Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in sales IT field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel outstation.

Responsibilities

• Daily outlet visitation and submit reports.
• Plan, manage and maintain the smooth operations of Retail Stores located in Perak.
• Maintain store’s cleanliness, ensure store displays and merchandise adheres to standard requirements.
• Ensure pricing is correct, promotions are up to date and stock accuracy at all times.
• Assist in recruitment plan to support manpower needs and conduct interviews.
• Manage, coach, counsel, train retail sales staff on their daily operations and handle staffing issues.
• Assist retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.
• Participate actively in company sales activities and marketing events.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Retail Management or equivalent.

• Possess leadership skills & experience.
