Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable candidate to support daily outlet operations in Kuching, Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, ensuring outlet cleanliness and hygiene, and aiding sales and performance.

Suitable applicants have 2–5 years in retail or related fields, strong service and communication skills, and proficiency in inventory/time management; Bahasa Malaysia and English are required, Mandarin is an advantage; relocation is welcome.

• Minimum STPM/Diploma with 3–5 years in related field, or Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Sales with 2 years in retail ops.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory and time management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

To assist the Manager in daily outlet operations; to maintain customer relationships, outlet cleanliness, hygiene, support sales and operational performance, and other ad hoc duties related to the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM/Diploma with 3‑5 years working experience in the same or related field or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management with 2 years working experience in retail operations or related field. Salary RM2.8K and above with allowance depending on the qualification and experience.
• Possess good customer service and communication skill.
• Proficient in inventory and time management.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an advantage) and other local dialect.
• Willing to relocate if required.
