Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an outlet sales associate to execute retail activities and help achieve sales targets across assigned territories. You will support daily operations, manage merchandise displays, wrap gifts, and assist customers while maintaining outlet cleanliness.

The role requires willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, with training provided for school leavers. Benefits include annual leave, medical coverage, and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies and muffins.
• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
• Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the outlet
• Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy.
• Assist in wrapping of gift items.
• Assist in product display.
• Assist in customer service.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager

Education

• Candidate must possess PMR or SPM.
