Job summary

Telecontinent Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Business Development Representative to handle outbound calls and engage Mandarin-speaking customers. You will build a prospective client pipeline and participate in events and roadshows to generate leads.

The role requires at least a minimum SPM qualification, with diplomas or degrees a plus. English is preferred, and CRM system familiarity is desired in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification required; fresh graduates ok.
• Diploma or degree holders would be an added advantage.
• Proven sales drive with track record of meeting targets.
• English proficiency preferred, additional languages a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls and enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Attend events and roadshows when required.
• Collect contact details from events attended.
• Develop the potential account pipeline.
• Working hours 9AM–6PM or 10AM–7PM, Mon–Fri.

Job description

Job Scope

Handle outbound calls and enquiries from prospective and existing customers.

Attend events and roadshows when required.

Collect prospective customers’ contact details from the event attended.

Develop the potential account pipeline.

Working Hours : 9AM – 6PM or 10AM - 7PM

Working Days : Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays

Working hours may be adjusted depending on the assigned market and corresponding time zone

Remuneration Package

Basic Salary: up to RM3,000.00

Sales Incentive: up to RM1,000.00

Attendance Allowance: RM100.00
