Job summary

Telecontinent Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven sales associate in Kuala Lumpur to generate calls and emails to potential customers and achieve sales targets.

You will perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and explain our products/services in detail to convert leads into sales. The role requires strong English communication and a goal-driven attitude; Mandarin is a plus. Local applicants are preferred for a fast-paced environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• SPM or above; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Mandarin language ability is an added advantage.
• Aggressive, result oriented and high achiever.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• You will generate calls and emails to potential customers to hit sales targets.
• Outbound sales calls and follow-up via emails/calls using company-provided prospect list.
• Explain products/services in detail and convert leads into sales.
• Answer inquiries related to sales presentations.
• Meet sales targets consistently for the assigned project.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for generating calls and emails to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales target!
• Perform outbound sales calls and necessary follow-up via emails / calls to existing and potential customers based on the prospect listing provided by the Company.
• To explain product/services to customers in details and convert potential leads to sales.
• Answer inquiries from customers related to sales presentation.
• To meet sales target consistently based on the project assigned.

• Remuneration package:
• Basic: RM2,100 – RM3,000
• Attendance allowance: RM100
