Job summary

GENITRONIC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Business Development Officer who can engage Chinese-speaking customers and drive growth in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

You will coordinate daily business operations, quotations, contracts, and orders while building strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role requires strong bilingual communication in Chinese, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a small team to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business management or related field.
• Ability to independently handle daily business ops including communication, quotation, contract signing, and order management.
• Strong organizational and leadership to coordinate team and handle emergencies such as order fluctuations and production abnormalities.
• Must be able to read/write Chinese to serve Chinese-speaking customers.

About the role GENITRONIC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' is seeking an experienced and driven business development (Chinese Speaker) to join our team in Sungai Petani Kedah.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in business development activities and support the company's business growth initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

What we're looking for

• 1. Academic : At least Diploma and above, major in business management or related fields; more than 2 years of business management experience.
• 2. Professional skills: Able to independently complete daily business operations, including business communication, product quotation, contract signing, order management, etc.; Familiar with export management requirements, able to handle the management of finished product export.
• 3. Management ability: Organizational coordination and communication skills, able to effectively lead the team to achieve goals and enhance team combat effectiveness; Strong planning and coordination ability, problem-solving ability, decision-making ability and pressure resistance ability, able to cope with emergencies such as order fluctuations and production abnormalities; Strong cost awareness, efficiency awareness and responsibility awareness.
• 4. Other requirements: Able to speak, read and write Chinese to serve Chinese-speaking customers, work seriously and rigorously, be practical and responsible, possess good professional ethics and teamwork spirit;
