Job summary

ITSU WORLD Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Southern Region to expand the company’s local market presence, identify opportunities, build partnerships, recruit and lead a regional sales team, and drive revenue growth.

You will work with management to plan campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure attainment of monthly targets, while exploring new markets and strengthening relationships across Kelantan, Terengganu and Kuantan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales, retail, recruitment or team management is encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel within Kelantan, Terengganu and Kuantan.
• Own transport and valid driving license required.
• Fresh candidates with leadership potential may be considered.

Responsibilities
