Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and events.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by engaging and following up with prospects.

Promote and sell educational programs, consultation services, and related products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout their journey.

Keep clients engaged through regular communication, event invitations, and product updates.

Support and participate in workshops, seminars, and sales events.

Collaborate with team members to create sales opportunities and maximize event conversions.

Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Prepare sales reports and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven success in a sales-driven role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Interest in Chinese Metaphysics: A keen enthusiasm for the industry is a plus!

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to speak in bilingual language is an advantage.

Confidence in handling objections and sealing deals.

Familiarity with CRM software eg Salesforce will be an added advantage.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Can work independently or within a team.

Open to occasional travel if required.
