Job summary

ITSU WORLD Sdn. Bhd. is hiring in Kuala Lumpur to join its on-site sales team at multiple mall locations. You will initiate contact with potential customers, promote wellness products, and drive purchases through proactive follow-up and demonstrations.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Training is provided, with opportunities for promotion as the company expands its presence in major shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably wellness or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Good commercial sense and tactful in dealing with people at all levels.
• Passionate about wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers to elucidate company products and stimulate purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and maintaining knowledge of wellness products.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
• Participate in roadshows and coordinate with team on sales strategy.
• Track and manage sales leads, follow up, and close sales effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers to elucidate company products and stimulate purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client Maintain in-depth knowledge of company wellness products, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Participate in roadshows, work closely with other team members to support a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
• Track and manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level/ SKM in any related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or retail industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in team.
• Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels.
• Passionate about wellness products.
