Job summary

ITSU WORLD Sdn. Bhd. in Penang invites motivated Sales Assistants to join our expanding team at Queensbay Mall, Sunway Carnival Mall and Gurney Plaza. You will assist customers with product recommendations and help drive sales in a friendly environment.

No prior experience required beyond minimum SPM; training is provided. The role requires weekend work and offers RM3,000 base salary with opportunities to grow through performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Sales, retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Target-driven and motivated to earn higher income.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

Promote and introduce ITSU products to customers

Handle sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Assist with showroom and roadshow sales activities

About you
