ITSU WORLD Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Southern Region to expand the company’s local market presence, identify opportunities, build partnerships, recruit and lead a regional sales team, and drive revenue growth.

You will work with management to plan campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure attainment of monthly targets, while exploring new markets and strengthening relationships across Kelantan, Terengganu and Kuantan.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales, retail, recruitment or team management is encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel within Kelantan, Terengganu and Kuantan.
• Own transport and valid driving license required.
• Fresh candidates with leadership potential may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand new business opportunities across the Southern region.
• Identify potential locations, dealers, partners and business opportunities to grow the market.
• Build and develop the local sales organization and team.
• Recruit, train and develop new sales team members.
• Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Manage sales activities, customer acquisition and follow-up.
• Develop new markets and strengthen existing business relationships.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Plan and execute local sales campaigns, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and market expansion plans.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
