Job summary

KEYENCE is seeking a proactive Sales Professional to promote industrial automation solutions across Malaysia. You will handle qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, and guide customers from discovery to closing in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; you should be fluent in Mandarin when engaging Mandarin-speaking clients. A own vehicle is required, with training in Selangor/Penang for 3–6 months, based in Southkey, Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
Mandarin language preferred for dealing with mandarin-speaking clients.
Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required.
Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel across Malaysia.
Based in Keyence office at Southkey, Johor Bahru; 3–6 months training in Selangor/Penang.

Responsibilities

Promote Keyence products and provide consultancy in QA/QC, Production Engineering, and R&D across manufacturing industries.
Manage full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate and close.
Conduct product demonstrations to end users during field visits.
Visit potential customers and qualify them by phone before appointments.
Review and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
Attend team meetings and training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Job description

Promoting and offering consultancy services with Keyence product related to Quality assurance/Quality control, Production Engineering, Research and Development field in various manufacturing industries.

Working in full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and closing

Actively promoting our products over the phone to qualify customers before appointments.

Visiting potential customers and performing product demonstration to end user directly.

Through asking customers’ operation and application testing, proving our solution and persuading customer to purchase our products.

Managing certain product-line sales in the assigned territory.

Reviewing and analysing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets sustainably.

Attending team meeting and training session with colleagues to improve sales skill & technical knowledge on product applications.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in ANY business background such as BusinessAdministration, Business Management, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or other business-related disciplines.

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients

No work experience required, Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply

Candidates need to have own vehicle

Able to work physically in ouroffice Southkey, Johor Bahru

Candidate need to be temporary based in Selangor/Penang Office for 3 to 6 months training
