Job summary

Lein Hing Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT professional to execute procedures and provide hardware and software support across the group. You will deploy IT training programs, manage inventories, and assist in-house application development and data extraction methods.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in IT, with PHP, VB.net and SQL scripting proficiency; Android development is a plus. Willingness to travel to central and outstation offices is expected to support business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT procedures and report outcomes to MIS manager.
• Provide hardware and software support across the group.
• Deploy IT training programs across the organization.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory tracking and documentation.
• Provide adhoc remote support, including outside normal hours.
• Lead and follow up MIS projects and initiatives.
• Assist in-house application development and data extraction methods.
• Ensure 100% system uptime to minimize business impact.
• Report to top management and department heads.
• Manage and oversee tasks performed by MIS members.
• Support MIS department directions and business continuity.

Job description

To execute IT procedures and processes that instructed by MIS manager, and managed to do preliminary analysis on the facts and report informative outcome to MIS manager.

Providing computer related hardware and software support throughout the whole group.

Deploy IT training program and learnings across total organization.

Hardware and software inventory tracking and documentation.

Provide adhoc remote support when urgently need, even out of ordinary working hour.

Lead and follow up the projects that implement by MIS Manager.

To assist in-house application development and data extraction methods.

Ensure 100% system up time to minimize business impact, and standby to work during

Report and follow instructions from the top management and head of department.

Manage and responsible works that perform by other MIS members.

Support and compromise MIS department directions and business continuity.

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT

Preferably to have working experience in IT industry

Proficient in PHP, VB.net and SQL Scripting

Android development skill is an added advantage

Willing to travel if required (central offices like Klang, Cheras, and outstation offices like Ipoh, Penang, Alor Setar etc)
