Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager (3PL/Warehouse) to lead the development and execution of strategic business development plans focused on tendering for logistics projects.

You will identify opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research; build relationships with clients, partners, and influencers; manage end-to-end tender processes; and collaborate with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure successful delivery of tendered projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, especially tendering and contract management.
• Strong Excel skills for costing and analysis.
• Proven track record in business development within logistics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Manage the end-to-end tender process, including bid preparation, submission, negotiation, and contract award.

Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of tendered projects.

Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client requirements and project specifications.

Achieve sales targets and objectives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

About you

5 to 8 years of experience within the logistics industry

Proven track record of success in business development within the logistics industry.

Strong understanding of logistics operations and tendering processes, including contract management and negotiations.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights and strategies.

Experience in managing large-scale logistics projects and complex supply chain solutions is highly desirable.

Strong Microsoft Excel skill for costing and analytical purposes
