The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, securing new business opportunities through effective tendering processes, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic business development plans focused on tendering for logistics projects.

About you

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Strong understanding of logistics operations and tendering processes, including contract management and negotiations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights and strategies.

Experience in managing large-scale logistics projects and complex supply chain solutions is highly desirable.

Strong Microsoft Excel skill for costing and analytical purposes
