Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

• Good in communication, negotiations and able to work independently in changing and multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident and out-going.
• Must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Establish close relationship with customers and suppliers of waste oil in the automotive industry and expand new business opportunities
• Train, guide, motivate and provide business direction for subordinates in line with company mission and objectives
• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
• Achieve and exceed department's sales and profit target for the assigned territory
• Improve region's collection / receivable and exceed / meet company collection target
• Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
• Provide information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
• Monitor competitor's movement and activities and report to Head of Automotive Waste on regular basis
• Prepare monthly sales report or any other form of reporting for management review

Job description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for business expansion and execution of the industry product sales growth and strategy. The ultimate objective is to maximise revenue, net gross profits and customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining deep relationships with key customers in the industry sector while focusing on delivering top-class value-added services.

Key responsibilities

Establish close relationship with customers and suppliers of waste oil in the automotive industry and expand new business opportunities

Train, guide, motivate and provide business direction for subordinates in line with company mission and objectives
