• Monitor daily affiliate performance, ROI, and traffic to align with KPIs and goals.
• Optimize campaigns by analyzing and refining strategies to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with affiliate partners via email, chat, and calls with monthly cadence.
• Develop incentive programs, exclusive offers, and bonuses to motivate performance.
• Provide affiliates with marketing resources and support to improve results.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new high-value affiliates and partnerships.
