Job summary

TERA VA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate new sales leads and secure client contracts in Tawau/Sandakan.

You will identify leads, pitch products, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, while coordinating meetings and presenting solutions. You will also develop marketing literature, report on business development activities, and respond to customer enquiries and complaints for residential and Commercial & Industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing or related fields; engineering, science or finance acceptable.
• 2 years’ sales or sales management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Independent, proactive and responsible with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and client contracts.
• Identify sales leads and pitch goods or services to new/existing clients.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients.
• Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings.
• Plan and prepare presentations for clients.
• Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
• Oversee marketing literature development.
• Write sales/business development reports and track proposed clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction on projects delivered for Comm C&I Projects.
• Attend customer enquiries and complaints for residential projects.
• Provide management with feedback.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Business Development Executive (Sales/Solar Industry)

Generate New Sales Leads and Client Contracts.

Identify Sales Leads, Pitch Goods or Services to New/Existing Clients.

Maintain good working relationship with new/existing clients.

Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

Planning and preparing presentations.

Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.

Overseeing the development of marketing literature.

Write sales/ business development reports and keep track of proposed clients.

To ensure client satisfaction on the projects delivered for Comm C&I Projects

To attend customer enquiry and complaint for Residential Projects.

Providing management with feedback.

To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in marketing related courses / engineering / science / finance or its equivalent.

Preferrable 2 years’ experience in sales / sales management.

Passionate about environmental sustainability and renewable energy.

Independent, self-initiative, responsible and committed, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership skills and passionate desire for success.

Conduct market survey and update latest information to the company.

Good command of Microsoft Office.

Have pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, communications skills, self-starter.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Position are available in Tawau / Sandakan.
