Job summary

TERA VA SDN. BHD. invites you to join our Supply Chain & Procurement internship program in Malaysia.

You will assist with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and procurement activities including PO creation and supplier follow-ups. You will support materials procurement based on requirements and help coordinate shipments with logistics partners. The role involves analyzing supply chain data with Excel, maintaining ERP records, and supporting demand forecasting and inventory planning.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Technology Management, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Technology Management, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related fields.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.

Preferably in their final year & final semester, with potential opportunity for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and company requirements.

Engineering students are welcome to apply, subject to university internship requirements.
