Job summary

Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is expanding and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth across retail branches and lead the sales team.

You will monitor performance, analyse trends, coordinate with branches, and ensure policy compliance. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Mandarin, own vehicle, and 2–5 years in sales planning/leadership. Working hours are 9am-6pm, five days a week.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel.
2-5 Sales Planning and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance of assigned retail branches and business development team against targets.
Analyse sales trends, product performance, and branch-level KPIs.
Identify underperforming branches or products and recommend corrective action plans.
Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management on a timely basis.
Support Branch Managers in executing sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Ensure consistent implementation of company sales policies and SOPs across branches.
Coordinate with HQ and retail branches for operational matters.
Prepare sales-based stock forecasts by product category.
Monitor outstanding receivables from retail sales and track collection progress.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning exercises.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance of assigned retail branches and business development team against targets.
Analysis sales trends, product performance, and branch-level KPIs.
Identify underperforming branches or products and recommend corrective action plans.
Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management on a timely basis.
Support Branch Managers in executing sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Ensure consistent implementation of company sales policies and SOPs across branches.
Conduct regular branch visits to review sales execution, merchandising, and staff productivity.
Act as a liaison between HQ and retail branches for operational matters.
Prepare sales-based stock forecasts by product category.
Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and procurement teams on stock replenishment planning.
Monitor outstanding receivables from retail sales, including installment or credit sales. Track collection progress and ensure compliance with credit terms and company policies.
Support Branch Managers in coaching, guiding and motivating sales staff.
Assist in setting sales target and KPIs for retail sales team members.
Coordinate and monitor execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
Support branches in handling customer complaints or escalated cases when required.
Provide feedback to management on customer insights and improvement opportunities.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and planning exercises.
Ensure sales team comply with company policies, pricing, guidelines, and credit procedures.
