Job summary

Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, Johor Bahru, seeks a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales performance across retail branches and support a growing team.

You will monitor branch performance, analyze trends, coordinate with warehouse and procurement, and help set targets while traveling to branches. A Bachelor's degree and strong communications are required; English and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Strong business acumen and communication skills essential.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel.
2–5 years of sales planning and leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance of assigned retail branches and business development team against targets.
Analyze sales trends, product performance, and branch-level KPIs.
Identify underperforming branches or products and recommend corrective action plans.
Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management on a timely basis.
Support Branch Managers in executing sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Coordinate and ensure SOPs across branches are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance of assigned retail branches and business development team against targets.
Analysis sales trends, product performance, and branch-level KPIs.
Identify underperforming branches or products and recommend corrective action plans.
Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management on a timely basis.
Support Branch Managers in executing sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Ensure consistent implementation of company sales policies and SOPs across branches.
Conduct regular branch visits to review sales execution, merchandising, and staff productivity.
Act as a liaison between HQ and retail branches for operational matters.
Prepare sales-based stock forecasts by product category.
Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and procurement teams on stock replenishment planning.
Monitor outstanding receivables from retail sales, including installment or credit sales. Track collection progress and ensure compliance with credit terms and company policies.
Support Branch Managers in coaching, guiding and motivating sales staff.
Assist in setting sales target and KPIs for retail sales team members.
Coordinate and monitor execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
Support branches in handling customer complaints or escalated cases when required.
Provide feedback to management on customer insights and improvement opportunities.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and planning exercises.
Ensure sales team comply with company policies, pricing, guidelines, and credit procedures.

Working Details

Working address: 70, Persisiran Perling, Taman Perling, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim (till Mid June 2026)

Working Time: 9am-6pm (5 days); 9am-1pm (alternate)

We Are Expanding! Our Johor Bahru branch will be relocating to: No.18, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 2/5, Taman Ekoperniagaan, 81100 Johor Bahru. (Mid June 2026 onwards)
