Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Jobscoper Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a team of advisors and product specialists, drive store sales results, and ensure excellent customer service. You will plan rostering, merchandising, stock accuracy, and local events to grow the business.

The role requires 8+ years in retail or related sales, 3+ years in team leadership, and fluency in English (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in retail, consumer sales or key account sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Minimum 3 years managing a team, with direct accountability for a store, outlet or branch result.
• Comfortable reading and acting on sales data. Able to explain what your numbers are telling you.
• Strong coaching instinct. You develop people rather than only supervise them.
• Able to work store hours between 10am and 10pm, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Self-managing, well organized, and able to run several priorities against firm deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Johor Bahru.
• Fluency in English. Mandarin is preferred to support Mandarin-speaking customers in this location

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outbound events, roadshows and local sales networking activity.
• Maintain customer satisfaction standards across the store and handle escalations personally.
• Work with regional management on targets, reporting and store initiatives.
• Improve daily workflow within the store and share what works with peer stores.
• Represent the brand professionally to customers, partners and the local market.
