Job summary

BSH Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (KL) Bee Jaya to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on expanding and maintaining customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value through competitive pricing and reliable service.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will collaborate with sales, finance and operations to drive growth, monitor market trends, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of FMCG

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in HORECA/FMCG advantageous.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a close relationship with existing and new accounts.
• Oversee assigned accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement and active sales participation to maximize growth.
• Assists in monitor and resolve account queries, and reviews to maintain and improve sales performance.
• Identifying market gaps and managing pricing strategy, products, and the stock availability.
• Working closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations) and drive always deliver on KPIs.
• Other ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned.

Education

Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
