Job summary

EB Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its sales team in Kulim Hi-Tech.

We seek a Senior Business Development Executive/Assistant Manager with a proven track record in driving sales, managing distributors, and leading a sales team. The role requires Mandarin proficiency, English communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher and has at least 3 years of BD experience in F&B or export markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development.
• Experience in F&B and/or export markets is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in Kulim Hi-Tech.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Develop plans for international sales lead generation and prospecting.
• Foster and expand distributor partnerships in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align brand messaging.
