The role emphasizes market research, product promotion, and cross-functional coordination to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service to customers in the Food Service sector.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve targets in the Food Service sector.
• Identify new business opportunities including HORECA customers, wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Manage relationships with existing and new customers and partners.
• Present products, provide information and negotiate opportunities with customers.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor credit limits, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare sales activity reports and conduct market research on customer needs and trends.
• Support sales teams with product training and coordination with internal teams.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities including events and product sampling.

Business Development Executive (HORECA/Food Service)

Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth within the Food Service sector.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, including potential Food Service customers, HORECA establishments, wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, including Food Service wholesalers, frozen distributors, and business partners.

Present and promote company products, provide product information and solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate business opportunities with customers.

Manage assigned wholesalers and distributors to achieve sales targets and KPIs, including coordinating sales activities, product introductions, promotions, and customer expansion.

Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records, including customer visits, sales opportunities, business proposals, daily activities, and follow-up actions.

Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding payments, invoice due dates, and payment status for assigned distributors and key accounts.

Prepare sales activity reports and conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Support sales teams through product training, customer development activities, and coordination with relevant internal teams.

Assist in sales and marketing activities, including product development support, workshops, product sampling, roadshows, exhibitions, and company events.

Job Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.

Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Willing to travel as required for business purposes.
